Our Parent Council are a very active group who work tirelessly to ensure that our parents and carers are actively involved in their children's learning. 

Our Parent Council:

• provides a voice for parents and carers in our school, ensuring that important issues are addressed at school and authority level. 

• supports the school in establishing how best to involve parents and carers in their child's learning

• supports the school and headteacher in developing strong home/school partnerships

• supports the school in its improvement plans, making a full contribution to the development cycle of the school

• supports us in capturing the unique views, skills and experiences that only a strong Parent Council can offer

• supports us in establishing close links with the wider community

• supports us in raising funds to support the wider life of the school, making an exceptional contribution to the equity agenda
